Moshe Tabibnia’s library comprises nearly 5000 volumes, including monographs, periodicals and catalogues issued by the major international and Italian Auction Houses.
In the library, the books may be searched by author or main subject. Titles by more than 1500 authors are available for consultation and provide information on specific subjects, mostly in the field of historic textiles, or general overviews. Included in this treasure trove of volumes are texts written in English, French, German, Spanish, Turkish, Arabian, Chinese and other languages as well.
Amongst the antique books that are kept in the Gallery’s library, worthy of mention for their extreme rarity are the titles quoted here following:

The photographic archive and the newspaper library, which are constantly updated and enriched by new additions provided by the Gallery’s research team, are an integrating part of the library.
All the books, journals, magazines, newspapers and records that are kept in Moshe Tabibnia’s library are available for consultation to anyone who is wishes to acquire further knowledge or to carry out a research in the field of historic textiles. However, to have access to the library, visitors are kindly requested to arrange an appointment in advance.
