The exhibition organized by Dr. Carlo Scaramuzza and esaExpomostre in Pordenone (Italy), in the old convent of San Francesco, will arouse a widespread interest.

The history of carpets will be reconstructed and presented to the audience through an exhibition path divided in five sections: "From Origins to History", "Carpets in Europe", "From Classic to Modern", "Oriental Art and Carpet Studies" and "The Making of a Carpet".

The exhibit will showcase antique rugs from the sixteenth to the early twentieth century, on loan from private and public collection.
